• Content you submit — lab results, journal entries, supplement logs, documents, and other data you upload to the Services.
• Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited, device type, and approximate location, used solely to operate and improve the Services.

How we use your information

• To provide and maintain the Services.
• To process the content you submit through AI models for the purpose of returning insights, summaries, or recommendations.
• To communicate with you about account or service-related matters.
• To improve product quality and detect abuse.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not use your private content to train third-party models.

Data retention & deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will delete your data within 30 days of a verified request, except where retention is required by law.

We use industry-standard practices including TLS encryption in transit and encryption at rest with our cloud providers. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-party services

The Services rely on infrastructure providers including Google Cloud, Cloudflare, and AI providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI. These providers process data only as needed to deliver functionality.

Children's privacy

The Services are not intended for users under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
